In view of the fact that The Bank of Scotland does not have an extensive branch network in the U.K. at the present time, it is permissible for cash takings to be paid into an account maintained at another bank locally.

It is however, necessary for a 'feeder' current account to be maintained at the Bank of Scotland from which to make the loan repayments.

The Bank reserves the right to charge additional security fees if the time and costs involved in implementing and executing the documentation are over and above that expected under normal circumstances. Any registration fees are in addition to the above charges.
